Why me?

An obsessive & passionate foodie that believes that perfect food makes for the perfect evening! In assocation with, of course, perfect wine.....!!!

Born from the dining restrictions that the Pandemic enforced upon us, I realised that "if the mountain couldn't come ..... " that I'd take it to you! All that matters is you and the evening you want to host - my role is to assist you in choosing your dream menu, whether it's for an intimate dinner party for 6 or a rowdy BBQ party for 30; and then to make it happen! With the support of an experienced team of chefs, Mixologists, Sommeliers and waiting assistants when needed, the hardest decision you'll face is finalising your choices!

I love fusion - not necessarily just in the origins of the recipe but more about designing your menu to include all of your favourite dishes! That may well be Yukhoe (a Korean steak tartare), followed by Sicilian Rabbit Ballotine and Îles Flottantes for dessert; the only limit is your imagination!

Part of designing your event is the drinks - from wine and champagnes to traditional or innovative cocktails; it's an intrinsic part of your meal and I place equal importance on creating that perfect marriage.
